My iPhone is synced up with my computer, but all of my music is in iTunes on my mom's computer. Can I hook it up to hers to add my music? Or will that mess anything up?

Itunes doesnt allow you to add music to the iphone. it only supports syncing music. You an use it with a different itunes account, but it will erase the music you have on the phone now.
